We are back and with two locations

Last year while in maternity leave and homeschooling my preschooler I had to decide where Spectrum Strong will be offering sessions. After much interest and inquiry I decided to continue to provide services in Flushing, Queens and I have added a new location which is in Commack, NY. Both locations are close to the highway and offer plenty of parking. I hope to be able to be closer to home and still be able to serve a vast amount of athletes in both areas. I am looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals and together enjoy effective workouts that produce results.
